With this score even with reseravtion its difficult to get a government seat.

The least cutoff score in bihar was of GMC, bettiah at a score of 519.

This analysis is based on cutoffs of last year. And the trend tends to vary every year. So nothing can be acscertained

However you can try for private medical colleges or deemed universities. You can have a better scope there.
