i have 400 marks , obc category with defense quota what are my chances for govt and semi govt mbbs college in uttrakhand ???

Hi,
Well your chances seem moderate as I see them and your category nad marks combination is not that good for getting a seat. I would recommend you to consider private colleges as well for admission if you can because atleast you will have some options there. Still wait till the last round for government medical colleges to know more.
