Hello Chirag,
As you have scored 414 in NEET UG 2019 and belong to OBC its hard for you to seek Government seat for MBBS. But don't worry, you might get admission in private colleges by attempting their entrance tests and interviews. Colleges such as Dr. D Y Patil, Pimpri, Pune or Bharti Vidyapeeth, Sangli, etc.

See,the cutoff is subjected to variation depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination, the category of candidates and the difficulty level of the examination.
If we consider the previous year cutoff of NEET in Maharashtra, you don't seem to have any chance in any government medical colleges. However, you can apply in private Medical colleges.
I am providing below the link of the article of previous year cutoff of NEET in Maharashtra:

Hello aspirant,
With your score of NEET 2019, from your category, you stand very low chances of a government medical college in Maharashtra. You have chances for government BDS at Nair hospital dental college, Mumbai. In 2018, their cut off marks weas 432. If you want to go for MBBS, you can try for Private colleges.
