Well sorry to say but you are not eligible for the JOSAA counselling to any of the IIT's with the proposed category rank .You can even check out the link below for your satisfaction :-

But don't feel sad because if you have given advanced 2019 then you must have qualified jee mains 2019 so try to bag good colleges in the counselling for jee mains .
