Hello dear student,
Although you have obtained good marks but sadly I have to tell you that you cannot it's not possible for you to get a government MBBS seat or BDS seat in college is almost nil. As the opening and closing marks to seek a seat in any government medical college for MBBS in MP is 592- 552 . And your marks are really less while for BDS you need to have 533.
