As you haven't mentioned your state, category quota, it would be difficult to predict your chances of admission. 539 is a good score to get a government college.Mainly the cut off is around 470-480.So you have done quite well.But in all India Quota seats getting a good college in first chance might be a problem for you. But in state quota you can get seats in good colleges through the normal process of counselling.
