I have 539 marks, rank 28469 , category EBC in Bihar. Can I get a govt college ?

Congratulations for performing well in your exam.i can not say much about the ebc reservation criteria as it is to be implemented from this year .We do not have any past information to predict your college through ebc qouta.
Since you are from bihar ,so you are eligible for state qouta in bihar.if I go by the previous year stats ,then your chances of getting a government medical college in bihar are very good.you can definitely land up in any one of the government colleges in bihar (with the help of state quota).
