i have 57 in 10class 68 in 12 class 7.5 cgpc now i am not eligibe in any of the mass hiring my collage is also not suppoting me what should i do i am not able to understand how i can get into a mnc help me

First, don't conclude that your career is over. A lot of MNCs have strict eligibility criteria for mass hiring, but experienced hiring and off-campus hiring often don't.

Your path will be different, but it's still possible.

Here's what I'd do:

1. Stop focusing only on mass recruiters. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Accenture, and Cognizant often have academic cutoffs for campus hiring, but thousands of startups and mid-sized companies care much more about your skills.

2. Build one strong technical skill. Depending on your branch:

If you're in CSE/IT: Java, Python, Full Stack Development, Testing, Data Analytics, or Cloud.

Create 3–5 solid projects and upload them to GitHub.

3. Practice coding and aptitude.

Solve 200–300 problems on LeetCode or GeeksforGeeks.

Prepare DSA if you're targeting software roles.

4. Apply off-campus every day.

Use LinkedIn, Naukri, Wellfound (AngelList), and company career pages.

Aim for 10–20 quality applications daily.

5. Target smaller companies first.

Getting 1–2 years of experience in a startup or service company can make it much easier to move into an MNC later.
