Physics- Practice MCQs as many as possible. Solve previous year papers and do mock tests. Try practising JEE Main level sums because physics in NEET is getting tougher
Chem- Inorganic- NCERT
Organic- Teacher notes and practice papers( Subject being vast)
Physical- MCQs from JEE Main level
