Well, I understand your concern, as you migh have given 6 subjects and you might not have performed well in PCM, I suppose.

Acording to JoSAA guidelines, they mandate to have 75% in the CBSE board, so if your top 5 subjects are having 75% then you have qualify as per the JoSAA guidelines.

But, I believe since your case can be it interesting, so I would advice you to email the IITR or JoSAA commitee regarding this issue.

They'll surely provide an affermative and more suitable advise.
