You are eligible for joint entrance examination (Main).
For pwd candidates there is a quota in every IITs,NITs,Government Colleges and GFTIs.

Hi ! Yes, obviously you are eligible for JEE main exam you have crossed the limit of 65% eligibility. For other than general the requirements is 65% in board exam. Now rests depend on your JEE main rank and percentile. Hope you understand and best of luck to you.
