i have 79.58 percentile in jee main january session in obc category the cut off of obc is 71to 76 .Am i give the jee advance if yes then what's the process and if not then how much percentile required for advance?

Your percentile is 79.58 . your category is OBC . The cutoff of 2018-19 was 74.31 for JEE Advanced . Therefore, you have a good chance of qualifying for JEE Advanced .
You just have to go to the JEE Advanced portal and see the important dates of Exam . The JEE Advanced Exam is scheduled on 17th May 2020.

(100-your total percentile)X 869010/100
Therefore, your rank is between 170000-175000.
