I have 89+% aggregate in both 10th and 12th but my graduation score is low, i.e. 55%.If I nail CAT'19,can I get calls from top 5 IIMs?

As per the data provided by you, it's quite tough for you to get into top 5 IIMs of India. Although if you manage to get good percentile then you can get calls from other IIMs. You even don't have a work experience, that makes getting into old IIM s more difficult. But don't worry if you manage to get a score about 98+ then you may get a call from any of the top IIMs and in case you perform exceptionally good in your GDPI and WAT rounds than you can definitely get into the college. Also I'll like to tell you that, you can try for other top bschools even.. So don't loose hope..

Eligibility for MBA Program: The prospective applicant must satisfy one of the following eligibility criteria for admissions to the MBA programme. A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognized university.
So you are eligible to give cat and if you score good percentile then you will definitely get a call from top institutions.
