96 IS THE MINIMUM CUT OFF FOR ADMISSION INTO ANY OF THE MEDICAL COLLEGE .

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, you are not eligible for admission.

SO I ADVICE YOU TO DROP A YEAR AND THEN APPEAR FOR NEET .
