The cutoff of Ramdeobaba College is given based on rank and not based on percentile. The closing rank for Computer Science Engineering Branch for last year was 1366 in JEE - Main. The maximum closing rank was in round 2. You can check this with your rank whether you can get into Ramdeobaba college or not.
