Most colleges and universities in Canada require at least a 2.8 gpa out of 4 for admissions. When 7/10 gpa is converted to the 4 point scale, the gpa is 2.8/4 which is right on the edge, however since you have five years of experience it should not be a problem.
The gpa is only a qualifying criteria, your admission will be done on the basis of your GRE and IELTS score. Make sure you have a good score on both tests and you can easily get an admission in Canada.
