i have a ews certificate which issued 24.2.2020 and finansial year 2019-20.but some one said this certificate is wrong because ews is made by previous finansial year.plz ans me it is true?as per my certificate issue date it is finansial year 2018-19?

It is correct that EWS or for that any Income certificate is issued based on the previous years financial status. And it is valid for the next 1 year from which the date which it has been issued on. Now if your EWS Certificate has been issued, it was after considering the financial income of the previous year because we might not predict the future year's financial status and provide an income certificate based on that. So though your EWS certificate has been issued based on 2018-19 financial year, it is good until 24th February 2021. So you have nothing to be worried about.
