    Hi Tinker,

    Both the branches are totally different from one another so comparison is not feasible. As far as college is concerned both the colleges are good. But as per general perception anyone would choose NIT over other colleges. It is advisable to opt for the branch you like. If you are interested in Biotechnology, go for it, or else ECE. Chase your dreams and success will come knocking at your doorstep.
