i have a rank of 824 in nest and I've qualified. but i have not still received the eoi form.

hello dear,
you have not recieved the EOI form because may be you are in wait list so you have to wait for some time in order to get the Expression of Interest(EOI) form.
According to 2019 cut offs NISER Bhubaneshwar genral cut off goes till 800 and for the CEBS Mumbai 350 goes so you have to wait for some time to get EOI form through which you have to upload your documents to verify
