I have a score of 42 raw and 98.4 percentile in tancet. my rank is 130 all over the state and 80 within community. do I have a chance of getting a seat in Psg!?

You have mentioned that you have a raw score of 42and 98.4 percentile in tancet.
You have not mentioned which category you belong to and without that information , it will be difficult to answer.
As for admission in PSG College of Technology (Autonomous), Coimbatore is concerned, I can tell you about the 2019 data which shows taht you need a score of around 63+. For reserved category, it can go down upto 45.
I think you may get admission if your luck favours, because your score is very close to the cutoff and every year the cutoff varies on a number of factors.
This year nothing can be said with much certainty.
