Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) is an additional category which falls under OBC-NCL. So while applying for NEET, you have to choose OBC category. Also, in order to apply for NEET2021, one have to fulfill the eligibility criteria which are:

• Candidates must have passed class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
• In class 12 in PCB subjects candidates have to score minimum 50% marks (general category) and 40% for SC/ST/OBC category.
• Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
• Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2021.

You can apply for NEET 2021 using your SEBC certificate if your caste lies under the central list of caste reservation which you can check from the link given below :-

Otherwise you have to apply for NEET under General category.

And also note that usually NEET is conducted in the very starting week of May but this year due to the hardships of COVID-19 till now National Testing Agency which is the conducting authority for NEET, has not released any notification for NEET 2021 and until any notifications get released by we cannot help you with exact dates.
