we are in vj(A)in maharashtra i. e by caste kaikadi. so we have drwan a cast validity and non cremileayer certificate. i have a query that i am applying for NEET exam and my caste included in OBC in central list (no 177)so is required to take seperate obc certificate as per central list?

Yes you need OBC caste validation certificate for the same.
There are sub categories in OBC creamy and non creamy layer. Vimyukta Jati (VJ ) is included in OBC category in Maharashta, So it would be good if you have a separate certificate.
