I have actually applied for income certificate recently.....I did not got income certificate from mandal office......is my application recepit will be accepted for time being till original income certificate comes...?

You haven't mentioned any examination, or counselling in specific. From my knowledge, the income certificate is mostly required during document verification process , that is there during counselling. You application receipt will most probably be accepted.
