I have Alloted in malankaraorthodox medical college(private) in 2nd round of kerala mbbs counselling. Can i participate in the mop up round?

Hi !! If you join this college then i dont think they will allow you to participate in mop up round as According to supreme court orders if you are alloted the seats you are not eligible for mop up round .
