i have applied for all b tech b arch b planning should i write all of the papers classifying for the course of architecture

Yes ,of course if you have applied for all the papers then you have to write all the papers.

I mean you know that all these papers are for different purposes right. BTech for Engineering courses, barch for architecture and Bplan is for planning right.

If you give Engineering paper you would not qualify for architecture. As these subjects scope and career is totally different from each other.
