This is upto you. You should decide if you would like to pursue Engineering (for which You need to write the B.Tech exam) ,or Architecture ( for which you need to appear for the B.Arch exam) or Planning ( For which the B.Plan exam is there).

Now if you are in a state of dilemma now and do not know which you want to pursue, then I recommend that you appear for all the exams. This way it will give you more time to make a decision and also it may give you an extra option if incase you do not do well in one exam but do well in the other.
