Yes, when you apply for the CAP rounds, they ask only for the CET application number, and you can apply using your JEE MAINS score too(for engineering) and NEET(for medical). So you can use your NEET SCORE and apply for medical colleges. Here they will accept your CET marks, but won't consider it over NEET, and hence you may get admission according to the NEET cutoffs.
