I have attempted jee once after clearing 12 th in 2016. I am going to appear for jee 2nd time in 2018. Can I appear again for jee in 2019?
I feel sorry to inform you that MHRD has limited the number of attempts of JEE Advanced to 2 , and that too for two consecutive years which means if you appear for the first time in the exam in (say) 2017 then you will only have a last chance in 2018 to qualify the exam.
Very good luck for your exams!

For ex, consider a random student, if he gives his 12th boards (first time) in 2016, then he can appear in jee mains 2016, 2017 and 2018.Now if he has not given mains in 2017, still he can appear in 2018 (but not appearing in 2017 will not save a chance).
But if someone fails to fulfill minimum board % rule once and sitting again for improvement then he/she has only two chances left.
This is your final chance. You can go for it. Give your best in this examination.
Best of Luck!
-cheers :)
But think positively you can clear it in 2018 .
