i have become mentally and physically so lazy to study.i have habituated of wasting my time on phone.But Everynight I went to bed with worried thinking how should I start focussing on my book.i don't feel like to push myself anymore... I don't know how should I break this bad habbit

Donah, acknowledging your weakness is one thing but not working enough towards eliminating is another thing. There are times when you feel lazy or disinterested in studies. But that phase should have a deadline and this cannot continue for too long. Initially start reading only for 1 hour a day for a week. Slowly increase the time by another hour the 2nd week. Keep increasing the no.of hours you have to study. Also if you are addicted to your phone, what you can may be do is watch videos pertaining to your subjects. That way you will learn your subjects. Having said all this, unless you make up your mind, nothing will work in your favour. Remember that the world has no place for under achievers. In this fast paced world, only people who have been good at their game will be remembered.
