I have been allotted an MBBS seat in a pvt college in Maharastra in Round 1, but I did not report there. Will I be considered for Round 2?

Thank you sir.I have not forgotten to join, in fact I did not want to join in that college. So my doubt is whether they consider me for second round or not.
