Hi Jyoti,

If you didn't want to take admission in your alloted college then its not at all necessary to visit there for cancellation because if a candidate doesn't go to the particular college after allotment then there seat gets cancelled by itself.

Also, for 2bd round of neet counselling you have to register through the same id or registration number as you used for 1st round of counselling.

You can only have to reshuffle your choices and then have to lock them and ultimately wait for next seat allotment results.
