I have been graduate in 2016 and Again I paSsed 10th class exam in 2018. I will never use this new 10th marksheet anywhere. Then Question is that my old marksheet from 10th to graduate are valid for govt job OR not????? I am in big trouble please give me answer.

Soniya, if your old marks sheet is original and can be authenticated, there is no reason why you should not be using your 10th, 12th marks sheets along with Graduation marks sheet. You haven't mentioned the reason as to why have you pursued your 10th again in 2018 but yes. if your old marks sheets are original, you can use them for your Employment purposes. But they should clear the background verification procedures. But no way can you use both the old and new 10th mark sheets for any purpose whatsoever. That might become a legal issue again.
