I have bio in 12th with computer science.... So I want to know that if I'm eligible for BCA at st. Columba's college.

Yes, you are eligible for admission to St Columba's College.

The college generally requires:

a 10+2 pass from any recognized board, and

around 50% aggregate marks.

Having Biology with Computer Science in Class 12 is completely acceptable, so you should not face any issue regarding subject eligibility.
