i have bio in class 11th nd 12th...will i face any problem if i go for B.Tech in CS ?

Hii

No, not at all. Joining CSE at BTech level does not need any previous knowledge in this subject. Just you need to qualify all the eligibility set up by jee.

The course of CSE is designed such that you will be taught from scratch. You need not to have it prior to btech. You can have any subject as your 5th subject in class 12.
