I have caste certificate but no caste validity certificate can I still apply for my reservation in Neet pg 2018 in Maharashtra..

Hello, As per your query i would like to tell you, cast validity certificate and cast certificate both are must for NEET pg admission, earlier cast validity certificate was not mandatory but now a day's they ask for cast validity certificate Only for candidates belonging from Maharashtra State.
according to govt. Rules..if u belong to obc/sc/St but don't have any valid certificate for that then u will be treated as a general cateogary candidate.

Sir but as i have completed my 12 from Gujarat While filling the cast validity certificate application form it ask for institute in MaharashtraSo i cant apply till i not get admissions Whom shall i contact

Every district have a " District cast validity certificate scrutiny committee" A student can apply for cast validity certificate only at a district committee, from where he has received a cast certificate. This is my recent experience. For example, if a student has a cast certificate issued by AKOLA district, then he has to apply only at AKOLA district cast validity scrutiny committee.

I must inform you that it is mandatory to have caste validity certificate at the time of counselling for filling the online choice filling form. It is clearly stated in the brochure that the candidates who will be unable to produce the original caste validity certificate will not be granted category claim. I advise you to get a caste validity certificate issued by a competent authority if you wish to submit take admission under any reserved category.

I was not having validity while the form filling done, now I got the admission in OPEN . however I got my validity with me now so can I do anything about .
