I have Caste certificate of UP but I have given my 12th in mp will my caste certificate will be valid for JAC DELHI counselling.

Yes it will be valid for JAC Delhi.
Your 12 th result sheet is for the home and outside home state quota.
As there is 85% seats reserved for Delhi students. You done your 12th from mp so you are not eligible for home state quota.
And in caste qouta ; your up caste certificate will be valid.

Caste certificate does not belong to particular state. Caste certificate defines your personnel property of which caste or tribe you belong to.
