Considering your rank and category status, there are no chances of getting into any NLUs at this rank because the results this year are really high. Even in the third merit list ranks will not fall till 50000s for any national law universities.
But you can consider other private as well as government law colleges and universities that may provide you admissions at this rank with category benefit.
Also keep a check on the allotment list of all the NLUs, things might work in your favour.
