I have checked official website for counselling i.e.Dmer....and I'd sent email..but they didn't replied yet..also contact no is not working

After using College predictor for NEET PG 2025 All India counselling, i clicked "Get Personalized Report in PDF" and it shows tick mark in sent ... but I didnt receive the pdf in my email id (already checked spam and other tabs in my email)

You cannot apply for NEET counseling now (Maharashtra state)
Even the merit lists have been declared.

I have downloaded neet admit card but NTA has not sent soft copy of admit card neither in mail nor in spam folder however I made 2-3copies of it registered email ID is fully working but alternative one provided is not working . I fear can they send it to alternative one as it used to send msgs
