Dear Himanshu, yes. Whenever you select your examination paper to be in any other language except for English, the question paper will have the same question in that language you have chosen and in English as well. For example, in your case, if you have selected Hindi, the question will be asked in Hindi and English. This is will be for all the questions for all the subjects in the Question paper.
