    hi,

    distance education degree holders are eligible to apply for upsc or IAS civil service examinations. as there is many government jobs available there criteria is different for different post wise. however you need to have valid passed certificate of 10th , 12th and graduation whether it is done on distance or in regular mood. unless you will not be eligible to apply.
