Hello Aspirant,
NEET is the single largest national entrance exam for admission to MBBS course across India and even Abroad. Eligibility criteria for NEET 2021 goes like :-
-->> one should have passed the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English, with minimum aggregate of 50% in PCB if belongs to General/EWS category.
And as you have completed DMLT which cannot be considered as the qualifying examination so you have to appear for 10+2 with the required combination of subjects, in order to be eligible to appear for NEET.
Also for DMLT basic eligibility is that candidate should have passed 10+2 with minimum 50% aggregate marks because it is a diploma course pursued by the candidates after class 12th. Anyways you have to appear for class 12th in order to be eligible for NEET.
Also there is no upper age limit for NEET but there is minimum age limit for NEET which is 17 years which means that if you want to appear for NEET 2021 the you must have completed your 17 years by December 31st 2021.
