I have completed my first councelling I am approaching for 2nd councelling it was showing that login id failed what should I do now

Hey Aripelli,
May be you have entered wrong user id or password. So first confirm with these , other wise you can reset your password.
Just visit the site and go with forget password.
You should try after some time like 4-5 hours because some time the website is missbehaving due to high traffic .
if still you are not able to login then please call the counsellor.
