if you have not made more than restricted attempts for the respective category and your age is below the restricted number then you are eligible to appear NEET and you dont need to show any other certificates than the regular mandatory ones which other candidates have to show
Yes, you can appear for NEET exams any number of times.Previously there were age limit to give NEET exam but now there's no such thing like that.There is no upper age limit and number of attempts but there is a minimum age requirement. And about certificates, you need to show the certificates which you have procured that is your 10+2 certificates (no matter in which year you passed out) and remaining certificates as informed.
