For admission under 85% state quota, you can get any medical seat for more than 550+ marks, in case  for PMCH patna, you meed score more than 585+ .

You haven't mentioned your category dear so I am assuming you from general category.

As per previous year trends you should try to get at least around 580 to 600 marks to be on the safer side in your neet 2020 examination

For example , If I tell you about neet 2019 then 599 marks in neet examination from general category got a seat in government medical college under 85% bihar state quota in the first round of counselling in neet 2019

If I tell you about fee then for government medical colleges it is around 25 k to 40 k for the whole course. For example, For PMCH Patna , fee is around 27k for the whole course of mbbs.
