I have domicile of bihar.Can I attend orissa mbbs counselling for government medical college?

Hello there, Apparently it is not possible to apply for neet counseling of other states. You can only apply for the state you are citizen of or the state from where you have done your 10th and 12th class. So if you have done your 10th and 12th from Odisha you are most welcome to the counseling process of government college and if not you cannot, though you can apply for the private colleges of other states without any problem.

Dear Anjali, yes you can attend counselling of other states. You will be considered under ALL INDIA QUOTA. In every state there are 15% seats reserved for the students of other states and 85% seats for the students of that state only. So if you belong to Bihar then you will be considered under 15%.
