No. There is no correction slip. Once you make all the required cahnges in your JEE Main 2018 application form and submit it, the changes made by you will reflect immeditaely on the same page. There is no such thing like "Correction Slip". But you have to download and take printout of the "Acknowledgement Page".

You will 2 options while making the corrections in the application form of JEE Main 1. Manage Application Form Submission and 2. Manage Form Particulars Correction. After making the changes and submission of the changes, you have to go to "Manage Application Form Submission" and there you will find "Print Acknowledgement Page". You have to clcik this link and download and take print out of this "Acknowledgement Page" and keep it safe with you. This Acknowledgement Page will reflect the new changes/corrections made by you in JEE Main 2018 application form.

I think there is no correction slip.Your correction would be reflected on your jee mains application form itself.If you had made any changes then you can view your application form from jee mains website only.
