No, there is nothing like that. There are no multiple exams in JEE Main.
According, to the changes JEE Advanced will be online from 2018.

No, just like previous year, JEE Main will have two papers - paper 1 for B.Tech or B.E. and paper 2 for B.Arch or B.Planning.
