I have done Diploma in polytechnic after 10 th for 3year.can i eligible for jee main and advance?

According to the eligibility criteria of jee mains you need to pass class 12th board exam with minimum of 75% for general category and there after you'll be eligible for jee mains and if you're a diploma student ( after 12th) you'll have to give jee mains but you'll only get seats through jee advance as diploma students are not be given seats from jee mains.
So without 12th marksheet you're not eligible for jee mains.

As per the new scheme, theJEE(Main) - 2019 exam would be conducted twice in a year. ...Toappear inJEE(Advanced) a diploma holder can apply innJEE(Main) - 2019 but his/her rank and NTA score for JEE(Main)willnot be declared asdiploma holderscannotapply foradmissiontoNITs and CFTIs throughJEE(Main) channel.
Diploma holder students are not eligible to apply for NITs.
You can appear for JEE Main exam to be eligible for JEE Advanced exam. You can take admission in IITs but in 1st year of engineering.
