I have done my 11 and 12 from Jharkhand but I don't have domicile of Jharkhand .Am I eligible for Jharkhand under 85% qouta neet 2019?

For being eligible for 85% of seats, every state follows its different rule.
Even though you dont have a domicile from Jharkhand, you will be eligible for the 85% quota as you have done your 11th and 12th from there. And you will also get domicile of the state where your permanent home is.
