I have done my 12th from Delhi but my parents are domocile of Odisha. Am I eligible for 85% Odisha state quota in neet 2020.

Soumya, to claim Odisha State domicile, you should be a permanent native of Odisha. Now you haven't mentioned if you have only studied in Delhi only your 12th or if you have completed all your studies in Delhi. If you completed all your studies in Delhi, you cannot claim Odisha's state domicile. And you cannot quote your nativity to claim Odisha's NEET domicile. But if you have studied all your studies in Odusha but went Delhi oly for your 12th, then you can claim Odisha's domicile.

Hello student you can avail domicile of state from where you've done your class 12.no matter if your parent are a resident of Odisha but you are not eligible to avail the state domicile for the same. If you've done all your schooling from odisha and then come to Delhi fro your class 12 study then you can claim your odisha domicile.
